We are seeking a skilled Senior Sales Strategy Consultant to join our team at Alexander Mae (Bristol) Ltd. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the sales strategy of our client, overseeing the implementation of their sales strategies, processes, and tools.
This is a 6 month contract with an estimated salary of £45,000 per annum, based in North Somerset, Bristol, with hybrid and international travel options available.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute implementation plans for new sales strategies and tools, including KPIs and targets.
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities that inform and shape the sales strategy, drive performance, and align with business goals.
- Train and support sales staff on new initiatives and best practices.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Identify potential challenges in the implementation process and propose solutions.
- Provide regular updates to your line manager on progress and outcomes.
