Opportunity Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Funeral and Memorial Care Professional to join our End of Life Services team.

This exciting opportunity allows you to work closely with funeral homes across our trading area, providing cover and mobile support to ensure exceptional end of life care and client experience. You will be responsible for delivering funerals, memorialisation, and aftercare services, considering clients' individual wishes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and IT skills, with strong organisational and attention-to-detail abilities. They will be comfortable working independently and displaying resilience.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £37,800 per annum, including a fixed addition of £1,000 towards business car insurance, travel time, and general wear and tear on your vehicle. You will also be able to reclaim business mileage expenses.

In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive a range of benefits, including 31 days of annual leave (increasing to a maximum of 36 days after 10 years' service), discounts in stores, and healthcare cash plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guiding clients through the funeral arrangement process.
  • Working with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure accurate funeral arrangements.
  • Maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Providing correct care of the deceased and facilitating Reflection Room visits.
