Funeral Services Area Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Funeral Services Area Coordinator to join our End of Life Services team. As a Funeral Services Area Coordinator, you will provide funeral and memorial services support to our customers across the designated area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality funeral and memorial services to customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in every aspect.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their individual needs and preferences.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, statutory legislation, and industry regulations.
  • Support community engagement initiatives and promote the Southern Co-op brand.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of empathy and compassion.
  • IT literate and proficient in MS Office.
