We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Area Funeral Consultant to join our End of life services team. As a key member of our team, you will provide mobile support to funeral homes across our trading area, delivering exceptional end of life care, support, and client experience through the arrangement and delivery of funerals, memorialisation, and aftercare services.

You will be the point of contact for clients, supporting them throughout the process of making funeral and memorial choices, and recognising the importance of understanding their individual wishes when organising a personal and unique tribute to their loved one.

This role will support our branches in Hinton, Frome, Gillingham, Shaftesbury & Warminster, and you will need a full, clean, UK driving license with access to your own vehicle. We offer a competitive salary, including a fixed addition of £1, per annum, to contribute towards business car insurance, travel time, and general wear and tear on your vehicle.

As a Funeral and Memorial Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring funeral arrangements, memorialisation orders, and aftercare services are perfect, with high attention to detail in every aspect. You will also maintain compliance with company policies, statutory legislation, internal KPIs, Funeral Director Code, and FCA regulation.

Key skills required for this role include IT literacy, great communication skills, organisational skills, resilience, and a high level of understanding, empathy, and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide mobile support to funeral homes across our trading area.
  • Deliver exceptional end of life care, support, and client experience.

  • Maintain compliance with company policies, statutory legislation, internal KPIs, Funeral Director Code, and FCA regulation.
