Employment Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Employment Lawyer to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our Employment team, you will provide expert advice on contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including tribunal, regulatory, and pension cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality advice on employment law matters, including tribunal and regulatory cases
  • Manage a caseload of employment cases with minimal supervision
  • Assist senior solicitors with complex employment matters
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

Requirements:

  • UK qualified Solicitor with NQ-2 PQE experience
  • Experience or training in a recognised employment firm or reputable in-house department
  • Proven ability to manage matters with minimal supervision
