About the Role

We're seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Europe. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for growing revenue and profitability through hardware and support services sales. You'll lead a team of sales professionals and individually contribute to pursuing and securing strategic customer accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing sales strategies to deliver compounding annual growth in orders, revenue, margin, and cash.
  • Analyzing and understanding key market segments in Europe, anticipating solutions and insights to meet customer requirements.
  • Leading a team of sales professionals and individually contributing to identifying business opportunities with prospective customers and successfully positioning Tritium to secure hardware and support services revenue.
  • Maintaining continuous engagement with customers to identify and secure opportunities for business growth.
  • Compiling and accurately managing a pipeline of opportunities in Tritium's CRM tool.
  • Driving all bid activity within Europe, including negotiations and contract execution.
  • Developing go-to-market planning and resulting account plans for Europe.
  • Contributing to the compilation of quarterly and annual board reports for the region.
  • Supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and training of all new sales staff for the region.
  • Monitoring and identifying opportunities to improve sales effectiveness and efficiencies.
  • Participating in trade shows and networking events to build Tritium's brand reputation and develop key customer relationships.
  • Contributing to the development of marketing documentation and sales collateral to promote new business.
About You

We're looking for a highly experienced sales professional with a proven track record in solution selling and team leadership. You'll have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales management, or entrepreneurial studies, and at least 10 years of work experience in sales, business development, account management, and/or strategic partnerships.

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven track record in solution selling to achieve sales targets and growing business revenue across a portfolio of strategic customer accounts.
  • Proven track record in managing, inspiring, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve regional objectives and KPIs.
  • Ideal: experience with eMobility, electric vehicles, and/or electric vehicle charging and fuel and convenience market.
