Job Title: Sales Manager Europe

Our client is a global leader in providing innovative data-enabled conventional and renewable off-grid power solutions. They cater to a worldwide customer base across various markets and applications, including residential, commercial, industrial, telecommunication, healthcare, data centres, and utility sectors.

With a strong international presence and multiple manufacturing plants, our client has established a well-recognized brand in the off-grid power industry.

The Role: Sales Manager Europe

This key appointment will develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's European customer base through channel partners, key accounts, and direct customer engagement. The person will focus on increasing revenue for conventional and renewable solutions, identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and analysing sales data to identify areas for growth and improvement.

The role collaborates with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to develop integrated sales strategies. The role will focus their time with channel partners/dealers, end customers, and global accounts.

This is a home-based UK role with regular business travel to all parts of the UK and Continental Europe.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Graduate or graduate calibre with a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience, ideally 5 years in a senior role in the conventional or renewable industry.
  • Relevant industry experience could include construction equipment, pumps, heating and ventilation equipment, equipment rental, excavating and lifting equipment.
  • Significant new business development on an international scale.
  • Significant knowledge of the energy and/or industrial electro/mechanical products market and the competitive landscape in the sector.
