Golf Sales Professional

Foresight Sports Europe is a leading technology company in the golf industry, and we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the northern England and southern Scotland region, working closely with our Sales Director and other team members.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including golf clubs, driving ranges, resorts, and private individuals.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop a deep understanding of Foresight Sports' golf technology solutions and their unique selling points, and effectively communicate these to potential clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive products, and position Foresight Sports as a market leader.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of our technology, and tailor these to address the specific needs and interests of each customer.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, including golf professionals, facility managers, and decision-makers.
- Provide excellent customer support, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads in our CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Experience working within the golf industry, with a strong understanding of custom fitting/analysis, launch monitor technologies, and golf simulators.
- Ability to show previous sales success, performance vs targets, and major achievements.
- Strong training or practical experience in sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills, with exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent listening skills, with strong written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm/passion.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a growing sales team, with a high level of personal integrity and work ethic.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, with experience using customer relationship management software.
- Experience using Microsoft Office 365 applications and systems.
