Senior Sales and Service Lead

We are seeking a Store Performance Director to lead our Superstore team at AFC Bournemouth. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high-performing team.
About the Job- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize profitability and drive business growth.
- Lead a team of sales and service advisors to achieve store targets and KPIs.
- Analyse store data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring all club policies, procedures, guidelines, and checks are followed by self and store team.
- Managing departments' recruitment needs, consulting with the Head of Retail and Brand Strategy.
- Conducting regular reviews and analysis of product ranges.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prior retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercial acumen and proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Flexibility to work weekends and match days.
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include free onsite parking, discounts at the club Superstore, and access to a range of employee benefits.
