We are seeking an experienced Business Support Executive to join our team at Premier Inn. As a Business Support Executive, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our business customers.



The role involves supporting customers with their Business Account queries, including new card queries, how to find reports, how to remove and add new cards, and how to download invoices. You will also be responsible for contacting self-serve customers to understand if their business requirements have changed or if they require further support.



You will work closely with the Business Booker team to ensure that customers are able to effectively use our Business Booker system. This includes providing training and support to customers on how to use the system, as well as troubleshooting any issues that may arise.



As a Business Support Executive, you will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our business customers. This includes identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services, and working closely with the sales team to achieve this.



You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a strong understanding of our Business Booker system and be able to explain its benefits to customers.
