We're seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Specialist Coach to provide high-quality, person-centred support to our residents, empowering them to achieve their goals and become as independent as possible.

You will manage a caseload of customers through their journey, enabling them to articulate their aspirations and realise their potential. You will manage referrals into the service, undertake interviews and assessments, and notify potential customers of the outcomes of these activities.

You will also induct new customers into the service and deliver quality, outcome-focused support sessions in both one-to-one sessions and group sessions.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your approach depending on your audience and required outcome.
  • Comprehensive understanding of professional boundaries, together with a high level of personal integrity.
  • A full UK driving licence, with flexibility to travel. Stonewater pays mileage for miles driven after the daily commute.
