Job Title: Business Development Executive Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive Director to join our team at phs Group. As a Business Development Executive Director, you will be responsible for building and enhancing customer relationships, developing a pipeline of short-term and long-term prospects, and achieving KPIs for both personal and business growth.

About You:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with experience in Telesales, Account Management, or Business Development. You will need to be polite, articulate, and able to think on your feet to provide the best solutions. Experience with Microsoft packages and using a CRM is required, as we use multiple systems to provide the best service.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of £23,625 - £27,000, with an OTE of £38,700 in a permanent full-time position. You will also receive training opportunities within the business to expand your skills, including NVQs and accredited ILM training. We offer amazing employee discounts, c.31 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), and a Buy and Sell holiday scheme.
