About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at AE Talent Solutions LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase revenue from funded courses in Skills Bootcamps, UKSPF, and Commercial funded courses.
  • Lead and manage a team of 6 Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients through regular communication, presentations, and networking events.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry funding, eligibility, legislation, and regional grants to ensure compliance and identify new business opportunities.
  • Capture and analyze customer information and interactions in our CRM to drive sales performance and insights.
  • Identify and engage with new leads to ensure a healthy pipeline of future opportunities.
  • Evaluate prospective clients' needs and objectives and work with our delivery team to ensure they find the program that best matches their objectives and desired outcomes.
About You
  • Proven experience in sales within the construction sector or funded training.
  • Proven experience in developing relationships, influencing, and negotiating with employers to secure new business.
  • Ability to develop and deliver first-class presentations that result in sales.
  • A full UK driving license.
  • 5-day week with half-day on a Friday.
  • 27 days' holidays plus bank holidays.
  • Van and fuel card.

  • Blended delivery model including working from home, centres, and face-to-face on Northwest site visits.
