Account Manager Job Description
The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to drive the development of both Seasonal and All-Year-Round Business for our client, a leading company in the Chocolate and Confectionery product range.
The Account Manager will be responsible for leading, planning, and managing assigned client accounts to achieve business objectives, building and sustaining strong, strategic relationships both internally and externally, and overseeing a diverse portfolio of customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage client accounts to achieve business objectives.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of customers within the Chocolate and Confectionery product range.
- Responsible for costings within the Product Development Process.
- Ensure the timely and successful execution of projects.
- Present sales reports and provide clear communication on project progress.
- Identify and develop growth opportunities.
- Manage high-priority requests and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and numerate abilities.
- Minimum 3 years of Own Label Account Management experience preferred.
- Proven capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
