Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at AE Talent Solutions LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of funded courses in Skills Bootcamps, UKSPF, and Commercial funded courses.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead a team of 6 Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and expand the business in line with personal targets.
- Build strong networks and awareness of the business by attending and presenting at networking events and seminars.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes to industry funding, eligibility, legislation, and regional grants.
- Schedule regular contact with current employers to build relationships and increase funded provision vacancies.
- Capture and analyze customer information and interactions in our CRM to drive insights and increased sales performance.
- Develop and deliver first-class presentations that result in sales.
- Proven experience in sales within the construction sector or funded training.
- Proven experience in developing relationships, influencing, and negotiating with employers to secure new business.
- Comfortable working in a blended delivery model, including working from home, centres, and face-to-face on Northwest site visits.
