Occupational Therapist Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our Community Stroke Early Supported Discharge Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, providing expert care to patients.
Salary Details: The salary for this role is estimated to be between £30,000 and £40,000 per annum.
Job Description:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to patients in their own homes or in our clinics
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patients' needs
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Essential Skills:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Registration with the HCPC as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
