As a Health and Disability Assessor with Donard Recruitment, you will work closely with clients to provide comprehensive, unbiased assessments and support them in their journey towards Government disability allowance.

About the Opportunity:

  • Deliver face-to-face and virtual assessments, telephone assessments, initial review calls, and paper-based reports
  • Work collaboratively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support
  • Contribute to the development of a fair and inclusive assessment process

Your Requirements:

  • Qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic
  • 1+ years post-qualification experience
  • Valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions
  • Excellent communication skills and strong IT literacy

What We Offer:

  • Basic salary of £38,500 - £41,500 + 5% retention bonus + rising to 10% quality & retention bonus (OTE: £45,650)
  • Full-time and part-time working hours available
  • Training options: 12 weeks (full time), 14 weeks (4 days per week) & 17 weeks (3 days per week)
  • 25 days' holidays per annum, rising to 27 days with service
