Estimated Salary Range: £38,500 - £41,500 per annum, with the potential to earn up to £45,650 based on performance.

About the Role: As a multi-skilled Functional Specialist, you will be responsible for managing caseloads from end to end, conducting assessments, and providing unbiased, comprehensive evaluations. You will work closely with service users, ensuring a personalized, inclusive, safe, and empathetic experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering face-to-face and virtual assessments
  • Conducting telephone assessments and initial review calls
  • Preparing paper-based reports (PBR)
  • Managing cases to conclusion

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must possess a relevant qualification (Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic) and have at least 1 year of post-qualification experience. You should also have valid registration on the NMC or HCPC without restrictions.

Benefits:

  • 12 weeks (full-time), 14 weeks (4 days/week), and 17 weeks (3 days/week) training options
