About the Role:
As a Care Specialist with Praxis Care, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental ill health, autism, learning disabilities, and dementia. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality support services to our service users, empowering them to live independently and achieve their full potential.
