Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Research Centre Director. The successful candidate will manage the diary, coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks, handle travel arrangements, and maintain confidential information.
  • This role involves document management, drafting documents, and filing paperwork. Additionally, you will work closely with the Finance and Procurement team to raise PR/POs, receive invoices, and process expense claims.
  • You will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, preparing meetings, and coordinating departmental activities. This includes managing the department's awards, drafting the annual award policy, collecting nominations, and processing payments.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a good command of MS Office and design software. You will work closely with the Director to maintain external relations and provide general administrative support as needed.

  • University degree in Business Administration/HR/Psychology or other relevant subject with major in Management or specialized qualification preferred
  • Language skills: proficient in both English and Chinese is essential.

  • Must be systematic, detail-oriented, efficient, and able to handle multiple tasks with discretion

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Based in London, this position requires a strong understanding of business operations and excellent communication skills.
