The Role: Administrative Coordinator

This role involves providing general assistance to the executive, managing their diary, and ensuring smooth office operations. If you're an organised and experienced administrative professional with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Job Description:
  • Manage the senior executive's diary and schedule appointments.
  • Provide exceptional support to the executive, including preparing documents and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an administrative assistant or coordinator.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
