Job Title: Research Centre Director's Assistant

Salary:$60,000 - $80,000 per annum

About the Role

The Project People are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Research Centre Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities, managing documents, and handling travel arrangements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the Director's diary, coordinate administrative tasks, and handle travel bookings;
  • Draft documents, maintain confidential information, and track document processes;
  • Schedule appointments, prepare meetings, and organize department events;
  • Process awards, draft policies, collect nominations, and make payments;
  • Assist the Director in maintaining external relationships;
  • Collaborate with the Finance team on PR/PO raising, invoice receiving, and expense claiming;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or a related field;
  • Proficient language skills in English and Chinese;
  • Excellent MS Office and design software skills (Photoshop, AI, ID);
  • Proactive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A systematic, detail-oriented approach with the ability to handle multiple tasks discreetly;
