Role Overview

The Depute Head plays a critical role in driving our curriculum and areas of development within our School Improvement Plan. This position requires a deep understanding of complex additional support needs education and excellent leadership skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  2. Support the professional development of teaching colleagues through coaching and mentoring.
  3. Build relationships with parents and stakeholders to promote student well-being and achievement.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with parents and stakeholders.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
