Business Development Manager

Pentagon Motor Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join their Barnsley Dealership team. As a Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth, while ensuring exceptional customer service and experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan, forecast, and revise business plans.
- Coach and develop the skills of the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Log and analyze sales activity to measure performance and provide regular feedback to the Sales Manager and General Manager.
- Proven track record in sales and finance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle legislation, consumer legislation, and trade practices.
- Full UK driving license.
- Excellent salary and bonus package.
