Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Total Training Provision. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients and grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to identify new business opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage and maintain social media presence and marketing information to support business development efforts.
  • Represent Total Training Provision at external events and industry conferences as required.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in business development or sales with a strong understanding of the education and training industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
