Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Total Training Provision. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, build strong relationships with clients, and identify new opportunities for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
  • Manage and maintain social media presence and marketing information
  • Represent Total Training Provision at industry events and conferences
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities and provide relevant insights
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of government funding, employability pathways, and work-based learning
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
