Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing and potential client companies.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to secure new business.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a business development or sales role, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the materials engineering industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
