Pentagon Motor Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join their Barnsley Dealership team. As a Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and finance performance, while ensuring exceptional customer service and compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with customers, treating them fairly and with respect.
  • Monitor and analyze finance and insurance performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement business plans, forecasting trends and revising plans as needed.
  • Coach and develop the skills of the sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Log and analyze activity to measure performance and provide regular feedback to the Sales Manager and General Manager.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in products and finance sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle legislation, consumer legislation, and trade practices.
  • Full UK driving license.
