Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Total Training Provision. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  • Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to secure new business
  • Manage and maintain social media presence and marketing materials
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities and provide relevant insights
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, funding opportunities, and regulatory changes
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of government funding, employability pathways, and work-based learning
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects
  • Highly organized, with strong time management and administrative skills
