Job Title: Sales Manager - Lighting Solutions

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Aldena Associates Ltd. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients in the London region, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing them with expert knowledge and solutions to meet their lighting needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our design and technical teams to configure and quote complex lighting solutions, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.
  • Consistency: Meet and exceed sales targets, manage and maintain accurate records, and participate in networking opportunities to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Curiosity: Continuously develop your knowledge and skills, staying ahead of the competition and anticipating customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a sales environment covering the London region for at least 2 years.
  • Excellent experience of all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a number of tasks concurrently.
  • Effective telephone manner.
  • Customer focused and provide excellent customer service.
  • Willingness to undertake training as required.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good knowledge of the lighting industry.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Positive mind-set & solution focused.
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships at all levels internally and externally.
  • Adaptable, driven and proactive.
  • Ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and work calmly under pressure.
