Fendi Italia Srl is looking for a seasoned Consumer Services Representative to drive sales growth and exceed customer expectations.
Main Accountabilities- Strategically engage with customers to increase sales through upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling;
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement;
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and optimize store performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers;
- Implement targeted marketing campaigns to attract new customers;
- Ensure seamless customer interactions through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Perform daily store duties, including visual merchandising and housekeeping;
- Manage inventory levels accurately, adhering to company guidelines;
- Contribute to stock takes and cycle-counts as required.
$70,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Proven track record in Retail Fashion sales, with a minimum of 5 years' experience;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (preferred);
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Retail management software.
