**Key Responsibilities:**
- Tackle a variety of administrative tasks to maintain a smooth and efficient office environment.
- Manage office supplies and place orders to ensure a well-stocked workspace.
- Handle general clerical duties, including filing and data entry, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Maintain and update our operations and business systems to ensure seamless functionality.
- Arrange travel for directors and employees, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
- Assist in coordinating both internal and external events, including meetings and conferences.
- Contribute to our social media marketing efforts, helping to promote our brand and services.
**Requirements:**
- At least 2 years of administrative experience, with a proven track record of efficiency and task prioritization.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong attention to accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
- Eager to learn and grow, with a strong desire to contribute to the success of our team.
- Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
- Discreet with confidential information, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
