Executive Support Specialist

Curo Group (Albion) Limited, a leading housing association, is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to provide executive support to senior leaders, including the Chief Customer Officer, Chief People Officer, and Chief Property Officer. As an Executive Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the Executive Team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Provide proactive and efficient support to senior leaders, including diary management, meeting planning, and coordination of senior-level meetings.
  • Project Management: Manage senior leadership tasks, monitor time scales, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Minute Taking and Reporting: Prepare accurate meeting minutes, attend and minute senior-level meetings, and draft reports on behalf of the Executive Team.
  • Email Management: Manage emails and ensure timely responses to correspondence, prioritizing as necessary.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Executive Team, including data entry, document preparation, and other tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in providing executive support at a senior level, preferably in a housing association or similar industry.
  • Skills: Excellent administrative skills, including diary management, meeting planning, and minute taking. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, and experience with digital meeting platforms.
