About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Rotork PLC as an Executive Assistant, supporting our CTO to carry out their duties effectively and efficiently. As a key member of the Engineering Leadership Team, you will have a wide range of responsibilities, including:

  • Diary and travel management
  • Meeting administration and expenses
  • Invoice management and document production

You will work closely with high-level stakeholders, including the Engineering executive board member, and be trusted with crucial duties that require a high level of discretion and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the CTO and other members of the Engineering Leadership Team
  • Manage diaries and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless coordination and communication
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Process expenses and invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Produce high-quality documents, reports, and presentations
Requirements
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a can-do attitude and proactive nature
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in booking expenses systems such as Egencia or Concur
