Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Officer to join our team at Bradford Council. As a key member of our Education Psychology Team and Social Communication and Interaction Team (SCIL Team), you will provide administrative support and general office duties to ensure the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support assistance as and when required, including data entry, front-line customer contact, and updating electronic diaries.
  • Assist with general office duties, including the use of Microsoft Office packages, CIVICA & Capita ONE systems, and other software applications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, dealing with confidential information, and responding to customer queries.
  • Process sales invoices and credit notes, and raise purchase orders on SAP.
  • Deal with vendor queries and work proactively with key staff and managers to provide an interface between services, members of the public, and external agencies.
