Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administration Officer to provide administrative support to our Housing Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide flexible and professional support to colleagues dealing with housing standards in the rented housing sector.
  • Act as first point of contact for members of the public, other Council staff and external agencies.
  • Assist with the delivery of adaptations for disabled people, empty homes and home improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience of office / clerical work, including dealing with queries from members of the public.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with key IT systems and follow complex internal processes.
