Commercial Partnerships Associate Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Partnerships Associate Manager to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our commercial activities team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining business relationships with our distribution partners, mainly in the car rental industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Relationship Management: Build, negotiate, maintain, and grow business relationships with distribution partners, focusing on the car rental vertical.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze and supervise partner or project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing proactive solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Develop positive relationships with the KAYAK commercial, engineering, finance, and product teams to drive business growth and success.
- Strategic Partnerships: Support Team Managers with strategic partnerships and projects, identifying opportunities to improve existing relationships and drive revenue growth.
- Competitive Landscape: Supervise the competitive landscape of travel search sites, identifying KAYAK's weaknesses and formulating plans to close the gap.
- 2+ years of significant partnership management experience, preferably in the travel industry.
- Ability to manage projects of varying size and scope, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken; other languages are a plus.
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable with a hybrid schedule, working out of our London, UK office.
