We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Commercial Partnerships Associate to join our team at Bloom & Wild. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our Bloom & Wild brand in the UK.

About the Role:

As a Commercial Partnerships Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing partners to seek new growth opportunities. You will work closely with our Brand and Marketing teams, as well as other stakeholders to support the growth of our Bloom & Wild brand in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prioritize partners to seek new growth opportunities based on an understanding of Bloom & Wild's goals and learnings from previous partnerships.
  • Reach out to brands, companies, and influencers, and own the pipeline of potential targets.
  • Arrange meetings, pitch partnership proposals, and represent Bloom & Wild.
  • Create or update assets required to support the outreach, such as pitch decks and terms & conditions templates.
  • Work closely with our commercial team to structure partnerships and with our brand, creative, and marketing teams to supply and assets required for the partnership.
  • Take primary responsibility for the launch and ongoing management of commercial partnerships.
  • Evaluate the success of campaigns.
  • Work closely with peers across other markets to knowledge share.
  • Ad hoc projects and tasks, such as merchandising, elements of trading during peak, and supporting B2B customers.
What You'll Need:
  • A recent or current graduate looking for a 12-month (full-time) placement (with some flexibility on length, if 9 months is preferred).
  • Previous sales, partnerships, or account management experience is a plus.
  • A collaborative style that enables you to work with a range of different people and teams and allows for open and inclusive discussion.
  • An analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • A strong interest in international business, marketing, or economics.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Enthusiasm, passion, and a desire to deliver impactful results.
