Job Title: Strategic HR Leader

Role Summary:

The Advocate Group is seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Leader to join their team. As a trusted advisor to the regional leadership team, you will work to align business objectives with HR strategies and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and drive performance.
  • Lead initiatives for talent acquisition, development, and retention; identify skill gaps and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure a fair and respectful workplace environment.
  • Support performance management processes, providing guidance on evaluations, feedback, and development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations; review and update HR policies to reflect best practices.
  • Assist in managing organizational change, providing guidance and support to employees throughout the process.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years experience within a business partner/manager level role.
  • Must have experience within a regional or multi-site environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relationships, and HR Strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proven experience in managing employee relations issues and driving organisational change.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:

Up to £48,000 per annum.
