Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Global Presales Lead to join our team in London. As a key member of our business development team, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global presales strategy that aligns with our business goals and sets the bar for excellence in presales.
- Drive a culture of high performance within the team, backed by clear results and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Accountable for delivering revenue alongside the business development and delivery teams, with a key stakeholder role in the deal flow process.
- Shape market-leading solutions and experiences for partners by working closely with product and engineering teams.
- Provide technical support during the sales cycle, including solution design, proposal creation, and client discussions as needed.
Requirements
- Extensive experience building pre sales or sales engineering teams and delivering exceptional, customer-focused results.
- Ability to set strategy and help teams deliver against these, building consensus across multiple functions, even where competing priorities exist.
- Deep understanding of cross-border payments and knowledge of REST APIs, SWIFT, and local payment networks, especially for technical sales and solutions design.
- Fresh ideas and a willingness to challenge the status quo, with the ability to communicate the impact of those ideas and formulate and execute on plans to implement them.
- Excellent, influential communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences and persuade others.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with a focus on tracking performance and assessing opportunities to increase productivity and convert sales.
- Proactive and mission-driven, with a focus on synergistic partnerships that benefit the customer and contribute to the Wise mission.
Additional Information
Salary for this role is banded between £120,000 - £165,000 plus RSUs. If your salary expectations fall outside of the banding, we encourage you to still apply.
