About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for our guests, travel agents or other third-party partners, building rapport and trust quickly over the telephone.

  • First point of contact with our guests, ensuring any disputes are resolved efficiently and professionally.
  • Responds promptly with reservations for Imperial London Hotel group, updates and amends bookings through Opera, entering accurate information into the system on time.
  • Converts sales enquiries into future bookings by responding positively and effectively.
  • Collaborates with the Group/Contacts team for smooth cooperation with suppliers and maintaining good working relationships.
  • Receives and monitors daily reservations requests from suppliers, confirming correct rates and ensuring bookings comply with contracts.
  • Provides our guests with knowledge of hotel facilities, public areas, restaurants and bedroom types.
