Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our team at Luton Bennett. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance and repairs on our forklift fleet. This is a great opportunity for a skilled engineer to join a leading manufacturer of materials handling equipment and contribute to our ongoing success.

The salary for this role is approximately £31,500 per annum, plus benefits such as a 6% Employer/4% Employee Pension scheme, overtime at time and a half, and 25 days' annual leave. We offer a range of additional benefits, including life assurance, a discount benefits scheme, and uniform.

As a Mechanical Fitter, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of equipment, including forklifts, plant, and other industrial machinery. You should have strong mechanical service and repair skills, including engine diagnostics and basic electrical knowledge. Ideally, you will have experience working in a workshop environment and be able to work well under pressure.
