Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Workshop Technician Specialist to join our team at Luton Bennett in Newton Aycliffe. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing complex mechanical systems and equipment.

About the Role: In this role, you will perform routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot equipment issues, and implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards. You will also collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair complex mechanical systems and equipment
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues using technical knowledge and expertise
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical systems maintenance and repair
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with industry-standard safety protocols and procedures

Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 per annum, plus benefits package including pension, overtime pay, holiday entitlement, and life assurance.

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
