Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team at EngineeringUK. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements

  • A UK driving license with no more than 8 points.
  • Individuals who enjoy spending time outdoors.
  • A positive, winning attitude.
  • The self-motivation to hit agreed sales targets, the ability to think on your feet when handling objections, and the resilience to deal with rejections.

What We Offer

  • A basic salary of £25,000 (pro-rata for part-time positions).
  • Our top advisors earn £50k - £70k per year with uncapped commission (pro-rata).
  • Car allowance: pro-rata for part-time employees.
