IT Governance and Risk Management Lead

First Rate Exchange Services is seeking an experienced IT Governance and Risk Management professional to lead our IT Governance and Compliance team. As the Head of IT Governance and Compliance, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our IT governance model and processes to achieve a flexible and collaborative approach to IT delivery and service.
Key Responsibilities- IT Governance: Develop and maintain an IT governance framework that aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate IT-related risks to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data.
- Compliance: Ensure that our IT operations and processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Service Management: Build close working relationships with business partners to ensure services are delivered to service level agreements (SLAs) and business priorities.
- Change Management: Develop and maintain a flexible change management process aligned to an Agile development methodology.
- Portfolio Management: Manage the process to define the IT delivery portfolio and associated reporting.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of IT professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Experience: Proven experience in IT governance, risk management, and compliance in a similar role.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks, risk management methodologies, and compliance regulations.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Education: Degree-level qualification in a relevant field, such as IT, business, or a related discipline.
