Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring that they are properly documented and mitigated.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, sales, and customer service teams, to ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the project delivery.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in project management, preferably in the elevator and escalator industry.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing project risks, issues, and changes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make sound business decisions.
  • Relevant qualifications in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum.
