The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective IT governance and risk management strategies to ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.
Key Responsibilities- IT Governance: Develop and maintain a comprehensive IT governance framework to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate IT-related risks to ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.
- Compliance: Ensure that our IT systems and processes are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of IT professionals to ensure the effective implementation of IT governance and risk management strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with business stakeholders to understand their IT needs and ensure that our IT governance and risk management strategies meet those needs.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT governance and risk management, with a strong background in IT security and compliance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of IT governance and risk management frameworks, including COBIT, ISO 27001, and NIST.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
