Head of Regulatory Affairs for European Partnership Markets

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Regulatory Affairs to lead our regulatory strategy and compliance efforts for the European Partnership Markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are compliant with all relevant regulatory requirements and that our business operations are in line with our regulatory obligations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement regulatory strategies to support business growth and expansion in the European Partnership Markets.
- Lead the development and maintenance of regulatory compliance programs to ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that regulatory requirements are integrated into business operations and that compliance is maintained.
- Provide regulatory guidance and support to business teams to ensure that they are aware of and comply with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and other stakeholders to ensure that our business operations are in line with regulatory requirements.
- Lead the development and implementation of regulatory training programs to ensure that all employees are aware of and comply with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- 10+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, with a strong background in European regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful regulatory strategies and compliance programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
