We invite you to join our team as a Front Office Receptionist Coordinator, where you will contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences and playing an active role in local community initiatives.

Job Description

This is a key role within our Front Office team, responsible for providing a warm welcome to all hotel guests. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a hotel reception, preferably in a luxury four or five-star market, and be proficient in using a hotel Property Management System (PMS).

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in a hotel reception, preferably in a luxury four or five-star market.
  • Familiarity with a hotel PMS system.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor.

We offer a competitive salary of £27,500 per annum, plus additional benefits including:

  • Leisure passes: Receive £150 towards a membership at a leisure centre or with associations like the National Trust.
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity leave: We provide 26 weeks at 90% pay for expectant mothers and four weeks at 90% pay for fathers.
