We invite you to join our team as a Front Office Receptionist Coordinator, where you will contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences and playing an active role in local community initiatives.
Job DescriptionThis is a key role within our Front Office team, responsible for providing a warm welcome to all hotel guests. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a hotel reception, preferably in a luxury four or five-star market, and be proficient in using a hotel Property Management System (PMS).
Key RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in a hotel reception, preferably in a luxury four or five-star market.
- Familiarity with a hotel PMS system.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor.
We offer a competitive salary of £27,500 per annum, plus additional benefits including:
- Free hotel breaks: Enjoy two free breaks of one/two days in any Sutton Hotel Collection hotel within a 12-month period.
- Leisure passes: Receive £150 towards a membership at a leisure centre or with associations like the National Trust.
- Enhanced maternity and paternity leave: We provide 26 weeks at 90% pay for expectant mothers and four weeks at 90% pay for fathers.
