About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales & Events Coordinator to join our sales team at the Castle Hotel Windsor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling meeting and event enquiries, building relationships with clients, and using their organisational and planning skills to create memorable events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to meeting and event enquiries, ensuring prompt and effective communication with clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Use organisational and planning skills to create bespoke events that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Monitor and report on event sales and revenue, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales and events coordination, preferably in a hospitality environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience of CRM systems an advantage.
